Mark  Principal Consultant  Construction and Business

Mark's background is a varied as the services delivered through MBS2. From working on a construction site, archaeological digs and in a drawing design office Mark joined the Army where he completed 24 years and served operationally across the World.
Settling in Norfolk in 2001 Mark completed his MBA at UEA Anglia in 2004 and was awarded the Chartered Management Institute National prize for his dissertation regarding the Management of Health and Safety.
Mark is a Registered Consultant holding CMIOSH and MIIRSM and works in a  variety of consultancy roles including construction as a CDM-C, Party Wall Surveyor and site inspector.  He is accredited Learning Champion and  NVQ Assessor, whilst also delivering and examining the  NEBOSH Certificate and Diploma courses.  Supported by City & Guilds Further Education Teacher Certificates Mark delivers a variety of other courses including first aid and manual handling.
He is Vice Chair and Treasurer of the Anglia Working Well Together Group, a National HSE supported construction initiative delivering the safety message to the hard to reach groups.  In his spare time he is a Community First Responder and sits on the IOSH Chartership Peer Review Board.  Mark was awarded the MBE in the Queen's birthday List 2001.

Elaine  Trainer  Dental Profession

Elaine started her dental nurse training in 1973 and joined the Army in 1975 where she qualified as a hygienist in 1977. Since then Elaine has worked in a number of schools and colleges as a dental hygienist and nurse tutor and is currently course director for the NVQ in dental nursing.
Previously Elaine worked with the University of Cambridge delivering train the trainer courses in Singapore and the Philippines.
Elaine holds a BEd(Hons) and is enrolled on her Masters.
Elaine is Chairperson of the Faculty of General Dental Practice Board of Assessors for CPD assessment for Dental Care Professionals.

Christine  Trainer  Dental Profession

Christine began her dental nurse training and worked across a variety of GDPs until 1989.  She has recently retired from her role as the Senior Dental Nurse for the Restorative Dental Service within the Bedfordshire Community Health Services.  Christine has worked within colleges and has been involved with mentoring trainee dental nurses on the Apprentice scheme.  Christine has post graduate qualifications which include the Further Adult Education Teaching Certificate and the dental radiography certificate and since 2008 has delievered some of our CPD training. She is working towards becoming an NVQ Assessor and is keeping busy with cross infection control audits, dental radiography and infection control training.
